You might want to rethink this “banning from the site” thing. There are literally thousands of free open proxies out there. There’s no way in hell you can ban anyone from viewing the site. You might have more success banning certain email addresses from posting to the site, but it really doesn’t make sense to threaten to revoke someone’s viewing privileges, as that’s impossible (and hence an empty threat).
